They are typically used in commercial building including offices, hotels, restaurants, or anywhere that requires an automatic door closer. This surface mounted door closer is heavy duty. Wide Throw Hinges or other Commercial Grade Hinges are usually installed with these door closers. These door closers are extra heavy duty for commercial use.
