Built in hold open feature allows the door to stay in the open position at approximately 85 degrees in both directions.
This floor spring hinge is for use on 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick doors up to 90 pounds.  Adjustable tension spring allow you to determine how much closing force you apply to the door (how hard/fast the door self closes).
Includes adjustment tool.  Available in Polished Brass, Satin Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Antique Nickel, Polished Chrome, Primed Finish for Painting, and Solid Brass.
