Description
These Full Mortise Single Acting Spring Hinges are for use with standard weight, medium frequency doors in place of door closers in apartments, hotels, motels, office buildings, etc. They are non-handed and have adjustable tension that can be added or reduced. The hinges measure 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" and are available in Oil Rubbed Bronze and Satin Chrome finishes.
