The Rixson Center Hung Pivot Door Hinge Set includes standard 340 Top Pivot. It's used for interior or exterior doors weighing up to 500 lbs. and measuring up to 3'8" x 8'6". It is available in Satin Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Flat Black, and Satin Nickel finishes.
