The Rixson Floor Mount Center Hung Pivot Door Hinge Set includes standard 320 Top Pivot. It's used for interior doors weighing up to 250 lbs. and measuring up to 3'6" x 8'6". It is available in Satin Chrome and Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes.
