The Hinge Doctor® HA7 is designed to adjust commercial spring hinges. Simply slip the Hinge Doctor® HA7 over the top hinge and open the door until 5 or 6 inches past the point of resistance. Test your results and continue this process until the top vertical edge of the door stops rubbing the door frame or the door latch goes into the door strike hole smoothly.
